General Counsel

Our client is one of America's largest construction groups specialised in large civil infrastructure projects such as highways, roads, and bridges. They are seeking a General Counsel who will be responsible to represent the Company in litigations as well as to advise on all legal matters and guiding the company policy to align with legislative changes and compliance. The role will oversee all the other internal and external counsels.

Your Role

The company will rely on the General Counsel to protect the interests of their customers, shareholders and employees as well as strengthening their mission and goals.

You will be responsible for directing, overseeing and controlling legal activities of the company as well as providing expert and strategic legal advice to executive and management teams.

As an experienced Lawyer or In-house Counsel, you will have a law degree and at least 15 years of experience as a legal advisor. Therefore, you will be familiar with the construction industry and large infrastructure projects specifically in litigation as well as corporate, labor and contract law.

Strategic acumen and excellent problem-solving skills are very appreciated.
