Sr. Litigation and Claims Counsel

Our client, one of the leading insurance brokers in the country, is seeking a Senior Counsel experienced in complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage litigation, and employment matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly qualified litigation attorney to join a dynamic company that has seen phenomenal growth and shows no signs of stopping. This position will work alongside the rest of the legal team and senior leaders in its Orlando, Florida office - non-local candidates will be required to relocate.

Senior Counsel Job Qualifications:

• 5+ years of complex litigation experience, preferably including insurance coverage and related matters
• Background with insurance coverage matters including errors and omissions and prelitigation
• Experience with restrictive covenants and employment disputes
• Excellent time management skills, ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to train and present to senior leaders
