Haraka Headhunters LLC is an attorney search firm specializing in corporate attorney placements. We are currently working with a top-tier specialty financing/factoring company who provides cash advances to contactors in the insurance space.

What We Are Looking For...

At least 3 years of business litigation experience

Experience working with outside counsel to coordinate litigation

At least 3 years of experience in a general counsel role preferably at a funding or insurance company

Must have experience drafting investor memorandums and legal opinions

Experience purchasing receivables is a plus

Education Requirements:

JD or LLM from a US ABA-accredited law school

Admitted and in good standing with the FL State Bar Association
