The Role You'll Play to Create Success

We are excited to announce our search for a full-timeSenior Trial Attorney! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by defending Frank Winston Crum Insurances insureds in statewide property, bodily injury, and construction defect litigation.

  1. Develops and implements strategies to achieve team litigation objectives and obtain prompt resolution of claims and lawsuits.
  2. Maintains a cooperative partnership with Claims Management/Staff and clients in the handling of all claims and lawsuits.
  3. Responsible for all aspects of assigned matters from pre-trial through post trial resolution.
  4. Defends and represents FWCI insureds in moderate complexity property, bodily injury and construction defect claims and lawsuits.
  5. Prepares and manage pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions and any other tasks or duties necessary for the proper representation of FWCI Insureds.
  6. Analyzes case performance on open and closed files.

The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include knowledge ofcommercial property and casualty standards and regulations. AJuris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and being ingood standing of the Florida Bar is required.
A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant civil litigation and experience in General Liability, Third Party Property, and Construction Defect litigation is required. Jury trial experience and construction Law Board Certification/and or Board-Certified Trial Attorney is preferred.
