We do not rent or sell personal information about you but we share and disclose personal information we collect with the following third parties, either with your consent or for business or legal purposes, as permitted by law.

- If you are a job poster, with any persons or entities at your organization.

- If you are a job candidate, to organizations that have posted jobs on our site and for which you have submitted an application through the Site.

- Service providers such as an Internet hosting provider, Internet services provider, email distribution and email management providers, and software development or maintenance providers that enable us to operate, deliver, and improve our Site.

- Service providers that enable us to market and advertise the Site, and to market and advertise other sites or services we provide, including to provide content that has been customized for you through targeted advertising, targeted content and other means.

We also may disclose personal information to third parties in a manner that does not identify a particular individual. For example, we may disclose aggregated personal information to marketing and research partners and/or for advertising, marketing and promotional purposes. In addition, we may identify job posting organizations on the Site and in our advertising, marketing and promotional materials.

LDS may, from time to time, assign or transfer all or a portion of personal information to one or more third parties (whether in connection with a sale of assets, a merger or otherwise), in which case the successor or assignee will agree to abide by the obligations under this Policy with respect to the personal information transferred to such successor or assignee until you are notified of a new or amended privacy policy by the successor or assignee.

LDS and its providers employ certain procedural and technological security measures that are reasonably designed to help protect your personal information from loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. None of such measures, or any data transmission over the Internet or any network, can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure or effective. As a result, we cannot ensure or guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us or that is submitted on your behalf, and such information is transmitted and submitted at your own risk.

This Policy does not apply to and we are not responsible for the privacy, information, or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating a site or service to which the Site links. The inclusion of a link on the Site does not imply our endorsement of the linked site, the third party, or any service. “Do Not Track” Disclosure

Some state laws require us to let you know how we respond to web browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

LDS does not use technology that recognizes do-not-track signals from your browser. You can also opt out of Internet-based advertising by installing a browser plugin from a third party where available.

This Policy may be modified at any time in response to changing legal, technical, or business developments. If we make non-material changes to the Policy, we will make those changes on this page and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), California residents have certain rights regarding the personal information that businesses have about them. This includes the rights to request access or deletion of your Personal Information and the right to direct a business to stop selling your personal information.

LDS shares and has shared personal information in the preceding 12 months as necessary for certain “business purposes,” defined by the CCPA and as specified in the sections above.

LDS does not rent or sell personal information in exchange for monetary consideration. As noted above, however, LDS may transfer or assign your personal information to a third party in connection with a sale of its business by asset sale, merger or otherwise.

Right to Request Disclosure

You have the right to request disclosure about what categories of personal information LDS has sold or disclosed for a business purpose about you and the categories of third parties to whom the personal information was sold or disclosed. Right to Request Deletion

You have the right to request that LDS delete any personal information about your that LDS has collected from you. Please note that there are exceptions where LDS does not have to fulfil a request to delete information, such as when the deletion of information would create problems with the completion of a transaction or compliance with a legal obligation.

Right to Non-Discrimination

LDS will not discriminate against you (for example, through denying goods or services, or providing a different level or quality of goods or services) for exercising any of the rights afforded to you.

Responding to Your Requests

We will make an effort to respond to a verifiable consumer request within the required timeframes. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

We will deliver our written response by email unless you request that we contact you by regular mail. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period prior to receipt of the request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
