Assist in Law Departments Case load

Requirement:
Admission to the NY State Bar

Skills:
Commercial Litigation experience investigating facts
Conducting Legal research, drafting pleadings, memoranda of law, affidavits, and other court papers.
Drafting and responding to discovery requests, including ESI.
Conducting and taking depositions; negotiating and drafting settlements
Paying attention to detail and managing time effectively
