Legal Operations Administrator

Tricentis is looking for a Legal Operations Administrator to join its growing global legal team. This role will assist with implementing and maintaining strategic initiatives and new legal technology, platforms, processes, and tools. This role reports directly to the Senior Legal Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general corporate and compliance-related activities for legal entities in coordination with in-house legal team including drafting resolutions, preparing meeting materials, maintaining corporate minute books and managing corporate filings

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams that includes finance, sales, renewals, and other business units

  • Provide support for global equity plan and program administration

  • Provide support for IP portfolio management and patent programs

  • Review marketing and GTM programs for compliance with applicable laws and regulations

  • Assist in due diligence, closing and integration activities in acquisitions

  • Assist in maintaining governance manuals and managing internal governance processes

  • Assist in maintaining global insurance program

  • Manage external counsel and legal service provider engagements

  • Conduct legal research and resolve routine legal questions

  • Review and administer incoming tickets to the legal department requesting legal review and/or negotiation (Evisort)

  • Administer incoming data privacy requests (OneTrust)

Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills

  • Ability to learn and utilize software and technology platforms

  • Self-motivated with proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and multi-task in dynamic, fast-paced work environment

  • Familiarity with general corporate governance and compliance requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

  • Strong communication skills

  • Results-oriented, resourceful, problem-solver

  • Adapts well to change

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree

  • Paralegal certificate a plus

  • 5+ years in-house and/or law firm experience in legal operations, , legal project management, corporate or transactional practice or as a Paralegal

  • Knowledge of Contract Management Lifecycle software a plus
