Sr. Associate, Legal Counsel

Who You Are:
As a member of the legal team, you will have an important role in implementing risk mitigation strategies and compliance programs. You must be comfortable issue-spotting, collaborating with the business, and thinking strategically. You will leverage your legal expertise to mitigate potential risks and accelerate business results in a fast-paced environment that requires quick and creative counseling.

You will have a proven track record of strong verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, responsiveness, creativity, and a solutions-based mindset . You are comfortable developing and implementing effective processes in a high-performance, high-accountability environment. Previous in-house experience is a plus, but not required. An interest in intellectual property, consumer protection, marketing law, and privacy law are preferred.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Drafting and negotiating procurement agreements with HighLevels key vendors.
• Monitoring and enforcing HighLevels affiliate program policies, educating affiliates on FTC regulations and marketing laws, and overseeing the administration of HighLevels Affiliate Program.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts with sponsored social influencers and enterprise-level customers.
• Supporting HighLevels customer support organizations by advising support reps and de-escalating customer complaints.
• Other legal projects as requested.
  

What Youll Bring:

Experience/Education/Certifications Required:

• Law graduate least 5- 8 years experience as a paralegal in a law firm or supporting in-house
  lawyers, preferably in tech, software, or SaaS industry.
