Legal - Senior Associate Counsel

Be Equipped With:

• Ohio law license
• minimum 15 years' experience as a civil litigation attorney
• first chair jury trial experience
• experience in insurance defense litigation including defending individuals, businesses and contractors in personal and commercial insurance cases
• ability to litigate declaratory judgment cases involving risk transfer and coverage issues
• desire to manage litigation attorneys and support staff in an insurance staff counsel office
• management experience is preferred
