Job Description:

We are seeking motivated, self-reliant lawyers with unique litigation experience to join our Litigation team. This role involves managing a fast-paced, diverse, and complex national commercial litigation docket, working closely with in-house colleagues, outside counsel, and business clients. Qualified candidates will have recent trial experience at federal government agencies such as DOJ, SEC, a US Attorneys office, and the like. Candidates must be effective communicators, creative, strategic, and work well in a team environment. Excellent academic credentials and a minimum of 7 years of experience are required, including demonstrable first-chair trial experience. Class-action and multi-district litigation experience are a plus. Interested candidates should provide a resume, writing sample, references, law school transcripts verifying degree, grades / class rank, and proof of good standing in the Texas bar. Typically reports to Senior Management. Non-supervisory position. Office position.
