What youll do

• Provide legal support for the real estate and transactional legal needs of a global company.
• Partner with business team members to develop strategy and approach on real estate-related legal matters.
• Advise the real estate business on real property and development-related matters.
• Draft contracts such as purchase and sale agreements, construction contracts, license agreements, leases, and other real-estate-related documents.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals on the team to problem-solve complex issues involving different areas of the law.

What were looking for

• A qualified attorney with 1-3 years of experience in a real estate role.
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and problem-solve, plus strong oral and written communication skills.
• A strong desire to learn from and collaborate with other legal professionals while also being comfortable working independently.

This role is based in our Los Angeles office location. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, were in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. When youre constantly innovating, changing how an industry works, inventing new products and processes - and we are doing all these things - we believe were better as a team in person. Thats why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) are now working from one of our office locations 5 days a week.
