In summary:

Were looking for a skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our Legal team on a fully remote basis. The role reports to the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer (CLCO) and involves providing expertise in commercial contracts, licensing, and regulatory compliance.

4+ years PQE required.


Your day to day:

  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, particularly in the areas of commercial contracts, licensing, and regulatory compliance within the iGaming sector.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, ensuring they align with legal requirements and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
  • Manage relationships with external legal counsel, overseeing their work and ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of legal services.
  • Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments, advising stakeholders accordingly.
  • Handle any other legal tasks as reasonably required by the client or management.


What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in legal practice, with a strong emphasis on commercial contracts.
  • Prior experience in iGaming, particularly in a B2B capacity, is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant legal frameworks, regulations, and compliance requirements within the iGaming sector.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
