Senior Corporate Attorney

As a senior corporate attorney in Progressives Corporate Legal Department, youll be part of a collaborative team advising on data, artificial intelligence, consumer-facing technology, content, processes, and enhancing user experience. Your also promote and advocate for Progressives business and legal interests. Youll support business units as they design, develop, and implement new systems and technology, occasional contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory research, and advocacy, compliance, and best practices counseling. Youll also support due diligence for potential mergers and acquisitions, and support related integration activities, for potential mergers and acquisitions, with respect to related subject matters.
