Beanstalk has an opportunity for a mid-level attorney with prior experience drafting and negotiating trademark license agreements. Were seeking a self-starter who is organized, detail oriented, has good judgment and is a team player to partner with our teams to execute contracts for our clients famous brands. Your key responsibility will be drafting and negotiating trademark license agreements and related agreements/documents. You will work closely with Beanstalks Account Managers, Clients and Licensees to provide legal guidance. Required Qualifications include: Law School Graduate. Five to Seven years experience working on trademark license agreements. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Salary range: 100-130K + bonus - Actual salary is commensurate with experience and will vary based on numerous factors.
