Both positions will include representation of the Agency in appeals to the Wyoming Supreme Court. The positions also include litigation in termination of parental rights cases, guardianships, administrative contested case matters, and subpoenas. Both attorneys will also advise the Department of Family Services on legal matters on a day-to-day basis, review administrative rules and regulations, and other duties as assigned. In addition to the above, one of the attorney positions will take the lead in advising the Department of Family Services related to juvenile justice programs. The other attorney position will take the lead in advising the Wyoming Children's Trust Fund and the Department of Family Services' economic assistance programs.
