SM Transactional Attorney
The City of Cleveland Department of Law seeks transactional attorneys to provide legal counsel to the Director of Law and various City departments in aspects of municipal law. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, legislation, and other legal documents; performing legal research; writing on issues; and performing other duties. Strong academic credentials, research, and writing skills are necessary.
