Job Description Summary / TWC Summary | Under general direction of the Associate Director of Civil Advocacy the Staff Attorney acts as staff attorney primarily for the Opal Mitchell Lee Property Preservation Project providing legal representation of clients needing assistance with civil matters, primarily related to probate, obtaining or maintaining real property, landlord-tenant and estate planning, from intake to litigation. This position may also handle cases involving other types of civil litigation. This is a Grant Funded position. |

Work Experience | Requires a minimum of five years of practice experience, with strong preference given to candidates with substantial experience in wills and probate, landlord-tenant law, and property law.
