Responsibilities:

• The onboarding process for new products, to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documentation related to payment methods and partnerships.
• Facilitate the integration of new payment methods and work with new geo, ensuring seamless connectivity and compliance with regulations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with banks and payment service providers (PSPs), navigating the intricacies of the onboarding process effectively.
• Provide legal support and guidance in obtaining licenses for crypto-payment entities, corporate structuring, and compliance matters related to payments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal issues and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in the financial sector, particularly in payment systems or companies requiring diverse payment methods (e.g., gambling, forex, etc.).
• In-depth understanding of banking and payment system operations, with hands-on experience in onboarding processes.
• Proficiency in navigating legal frameworks related to cryptocurrencies, payment licenses, and corporate structuring.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with external partners and regulatory bodies.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.

P.S. Experience of onboarding to banks and working with payment service providers is a must Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
