International Lawyer

We are an international team of young and ambitious professionals united by a passion for innovations and belief in the decentralized world. Now, we are looking for an International Lawyer who will strengthen our team and contribute to the success of our products and the bright future of Web3.
Responsibilities:
- The onboarding process for new products, to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documentation related to payment methods and partnerships.
- Facilitate the integration of new payment methods and work with new geo, ensuring seamless connectivity and compliance with regulations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with banks and payment service providers (PSPs), navigating the intricacies of the onboarding process effectively.
- Provide legal support and guidance in obtaining licenses for crypto-payment entities, corporate structuring, and compliance matters related to payments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal issues and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in the financial sector, particularly in payment systems or companies requiring diverse payment methods (e.g., gambling, forex, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of banking and payment system operations, with hands-on experience in onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in navigating legal frameworks related to cryptocurrencies, payment licenses, and corporate structuring.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with external partners and regulatory bodies.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
P.S. Experience of onboarding to banks and working with payment service providers is a must Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
