Our company is searching our a full-time In-house Attorney who specializes in Employment Law and well-versed in representing a company in EEOC, DFEH, DLSE, and employment legal matters.

Who you are:

• Well versed in Employment & Labor Laws
• Ability to maintain compliance with changing legislation and laws
• Ability to recommend updates to polices and documentation.
• Experience preparing and representing company in legal matters.
• Track record of assisting private employers.
• Track record in defending private employers in matters related to employment, EEOC, DFEH, DLSEand legal matters
• A PLUS if you've represented employers in healthcare.

This position can be based in Sacramento or San Jose California. This is not a remote position.
