In March 2019 we Launched our EaaS cloud offering. This is a marketing leading cloud escrow solution, where we have since seen triple digit % growth over the past two years. This solution is underpinned by deeply embedded cloud technologies and include a mixture of legal and technical consultancy services that are sold to customers worldwide.

Your Impact

  • As a Legal Advisor within the Escrow division, you will be a key part of the North American Operations Team and will be supporting our Clients and Sales Team with custom escrow contracts
  • You will form as part of global legal team who specialize in commercial escrow agreements
  • A strong knowledge of contract law and a keen eye for detail is vital in this role as you will reviewing and amending agreements for innovative technology businesses and commercial enterprises

The Challenge

  • You must be self-motivated, team player and thorough with a keen eye for detail
  • You will be an integral part of a solution to drive client satisfaction while maintaining NCC risk mitigation needs by helping customize standard agreements designed to protect all parties involved in the development, supply and use of business-critical software
  • Ability to support Sales during complex negotiations

  • Coordinating with multiple business units to ensure customer satisfaction and needs are met

  • A strong knowledge of contract law
  • Negotiation skills

  • Admittance to the Bar
