Attorney - Litigation
**Must have at least three years of experience defending municipal law enforcement agencies and officers in Section 1983 federal civil rights cases.
GENERAL DUTIES:
Attend depositions, court conferences and trials
Conduct legal research and draft motions
Draft pleadings and manage documentary discovery
Handle cases from inception of litigation through verdict or settlement
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Admitted to practice in NYS required and Federal District Court preferred.
