Attorney Litigation (HYBRID)

Seeking an Attorney with litigation experience to join our dynamic team in Florida! Only junior candidate apply. Position provides training to assist you to develop. This is a hybrid work schedule position, allowing you the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Represent corporate clients in litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Attend court hearings and depositions
• Negotiate settlements and handle mediations
• Collaborate with team members on case strategy and client communications

Requirements:

• J.D. from a top-100 ranked law school
• Active state bar license in Florida
• At least 6 months of experience in litigation
• Demonstrated knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines

Requirements:
