About the team

The commercial legal team supports Worldpays portfolio of business units. Youll be part of a fast paced, results driven team with a culture of teamwork and partnership and driven by success.

What you will be doing

Prepare and negotiate contracts while providing legal advice and counsel to business units in areas that include card scheme requirements, data security, privacy and regulatory matters.

Performing legal research and analysis on commercial contracts and information technology law issues.

Advise colleagues on legal issues relating to commercial contracts, product development and compliance.

What you bring:

Experience drafting information and technology services agreements, software license agreements, and general commercial contracts.

Ability to review and evaluate multi-faceted issues and counsel business colleagues on complex legal questions relating to various business matters.

A college degree and a Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school

Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

The pay range for this full-time position is $212,690.00 - $357,330.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
