The office consists of nearly 30 distinct sections that advocate for consumers and victims of crime, assist the criminal justice community, provide legal counsel for state offices and agencies, and enforce certain state laws. What You'll Do:

The Ohio Attorney General's Office is seeking an Assistant Attorney General for the Executive Agencies Section in the Labor Unit. We are seeking an attorney to represent State agencies, boards, commissions, institutions and other statutory clients. The successful candidate will represent state clients in administrative hearings and state and federal court and will provide advice about Ohio's Sunshine Laws and other legal issues. The selected candidate must possess excellent written and oral advocacy skills. This position will work a hybrid schedule and could be headquartered in either Columbus or Cleveland. There may be changes to this schedule based on training and operational needs.
