Privacy Counsel

Beacon Hill Legal is working on a new Privacy Counsel position with an information security company located in the Boston area. Reporting to a Senior Legal Counsel, this person will play an important role acting as a trusted advisor to the company on privacy matters as well as maintaining a global data privacy program. In addition, this position will support various teams at the company including, HR, R&D, product management, finance, marketing, etc.

This is going to be a highly visible role where you will need strong communication skills and be a team player. Successful candidates should have a J.D. from an accredited law school, and at least 3 years of experience in data protection/privacy within a law firm or as in-house legal counsel.

This position has the potential of being fully remote.
