Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Director of Legal Services to join our legal department where you’ll join a team of talented and creative professionals who love what they do. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader operations, commercial, risk, and hotel leadership teams where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. Who You Are

The Role
Responsibilities include the intake of legal matters, generation, review, negotiation, and management of contracts, supporting and driving hotel transitions, and other legal matters arising from hotel operations. Additional responsibilities will include:
•Leading process improvement
•Conducting compliance research
•Interacting with internal clients and outside counsel
•Involvement in special initiatives and cross-functional projects
•Opportunities to participate in Hyatt’s Diversity & Inclusion activities
Experience Required:
•4+ years in a law firm or corporate legal department with considerable experience reviewing and drafting contracts
•Excellent project management skills
Experience Preferred:
•College degree (or equivalent)
•Paralegal Certification
