Corporate Attorney

Reporting to the CFO, this role is pivotal in ensuring the success of Kuros' strategic alliances, customer agreements, and overall business compliance. We are looking for an individual who thrives in collaborative environments, excels in commercial transactional support, and is dedicated to developing streamlined processes to ensure enhanced efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Transactional Support: Collaborate closely to facilitate successful closings of commercial contracts, navigate complex business transactions.

Risk Analysis and Counsel: Analyze and provide counsel to business stakeholders on risks, contractual obligations, and key business decisions, ensuring alignment with Kuros' strategic goals.

Compliance Assurance: Provide advice and counsel to ensure adherence with legal and regulatory requirements for all commercial activities. Contribute to the corporate compliance program and oversee the maintenance of corporate records.

Process Optimization: Develop and refine processes aimed at enhancing efficiency in third-party contracting procedures, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the legal processes.

Legal Landscape Analysis: Stay abreast of new and evolving domestic laws and regulations, analyzing their impact on organizational needs.

Required Qualifications:

• JD degree from a US accredited law school (ABA preferred)
• Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia
• Must be admitted to the bar in good standing in one or more states (US)
• Minimum 4 5 years of law firm and/or relevant in-house legal experience.
• Demonstrated experience in the described responsibilities.
• Medical device / pharmaceutical experience preferred
