Job Description:

Provides general legal counsel on matters supporting the Bank's strategic and corporate support activities, as well as specific advice on products, services and certain legal actions. Reviews legal contracts and documents. Directly, or through staff, conducts legal research. May represent the bank in legal actions. Individuals in this position typically have a minimum of five years of experience since admission to the Bar.

This role would be focused on Community Impact, acting as the primary lawyer providing legal advice to, and reviewing and drafting contracts, Non Disclosure Agreements, and funding agreements for, the Bank of America Charitable Foundation, the Arts & Heritage program, Corporate Responsibility Capital Deployment (including Community Development Financial Institutions and Minority Depository Institutions), Domestic and International Corporate Giving, and the Corporate Social Responsibility group. The role also will provide legal support to the enterprise Local Market Organization as needed, and may include legal support for other aspects of CAO functions. This role will report into the Public Policy, Community Impact, and Third Party Legal Team.

Juris Doctorate, licensed attorney
