ISO seasoned entrepreneurial multi-discipline and multi-jurisdictional lawyers to form a virtual law company (not partnership model, no book of business required) with me, a 25 yr tech, transactional, data/privacy, IP, sales/procurement, marketing, primarily in-house attorney (licensed in CA, FL, NY, TX, CIPP/US) with a great service mark and domains for our use in our startup. This is an opportunity to work together to create a business, not a job.
Law company to mimic the Axiom, Elevate, agency models of secondment, temporary, project-based roles marketed to managing partners and general counsels, but with a small group of "elite" lawyers (heck, yes 😁) to provide the services, rotate roles so that we can take numerous assignments, and have other lawyers to bounce things off of and support each other. - Are you doing temporary, hourly lawyer work or project-based work, and tired of being "on the bench", "between gigs" or one of hundreds of lawyers the clients choose from?
- Are you a shadow-redliner with someone else claiming credit for your work reviewing contracts?
- Tired of seeing 25% of your already-low hourly rate go to some third party?
- Sick of difficult client/ethics situations, getting no help from the "client liaison", and being blamed instead?
- Subject to onerous contractor agreements with absurd restrictions?
- Feel like ageism is playing a heavy hand in your career options?
Create your own reality!
