Managing Counsel

HR Legal Search has been retained by a leading provider of (ESG) performance and risk management software, data and consulting services to search for a Managing Counsel. This is a rare opportunity to join an innovative organization partnering with experts whose insights power results. They are focused on meaningful work supporting the commercial needs of a fast-paced global operation.

The ideal candidate will be an attorney with 10 years relevant professional experience, as well as 8 years of experience managing complex commercial transactions, including SaaS/software, professional services, consulting, licensing, vendor, and partner agreements with global and regional scope. Significant experience in other substantive legal areas which include at least two of the following: M&A, Labor and Employment, Corporate Governance, Data Security and Privacy, Intellectual Property, Dispute Resolution/Litigation, international operations/entity rationalization is a plus. This position is fully remote, eastern and central time zones preferred. Total compensation target is $215,000 to $230,000.
