SVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

Overview: As the General Counsel, you will provide strategic legal advice, manage corporate governance matters, and collaborate with various departments across the globe to mitigate legal risks. The ideal candidate will be a generalist who has strong experience with corporate and commercial transactions, working internationally, leading teams, SEC reporting and compliance, corporate governance best practices, and a proven track record of success in a similar role. This position is a Senior Vice President role, reports directly to the CEO, and is part of the executive management team.

Healthcare products cater to applications in dental, medical device and bioprinting, while 3D System printers include: metal 3D printers, plastic 3D printers, metal casting 3D printers, dental 3D printers and jewelry 3D printers.

Experience: 15+ years of experience in a legal role, with SEC governance experience being a strong preferred plus.

Location/Relocation: Rock Hill, SC. This is an in-office role with a minimum of three days a week in the office. Preference for local candidates; relocation provided to non-local candidates.

Bar: Active member in good standing of the South Carolina bar or the ability to become Registered In-House Counsel in the State of South Carolina.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience. The package includes base salary, target bonus, equity, and benefits.
